Cause
_/opt/pf9/etc/pf9-cindervolume-base/conf.d/cinder.conf_was not correctly updated.
Resolution
- Add
_**[lvm-backend]**_at the end of this file_/opt/pf9/etc/pf9-cindervolume-base/conf.d/cinder.conf_ - Restart pf9-hostagent:
