Why Does my New VMware Gateway Not Show Up for Authorization?

Problem

When there is an existing VMware gateway authorized a new gateway will not show up for authorization even if the pf9 installer has run successfully on it.

Environment

Platform9 Managed OpenStack on VMware

Answer

The existing VMware gateway will have to be completely deauthorized and removed from Platform9 before the new gateway can show up for authorization.
