Can Ownership of Instance be Changed?

Problem

• Is it possible to change the owner of an instance to another user?
• Can an instance be moved to another project(tenant)?

Environment

• Platform9 Managed OpenStack - All Versions

Answer

• It is currently not possible to change the owner or tenant of an instance due to limitations with Neutron.
• This feature is still not available with the upstream community of OpenStack.
