KubeStateMetrics(KSM) Using Deprecated API version

Problem

Kube-state-metrics is used to gather monitoring details from the various cluster objects. It appears to be using the older API v1beta1 versions that were deprecated in k8s v1.22 while attempting to poll.

Environment

Platform9 Managed Kubernetes - V5.6 and higher

Cause

Upstream API deprecated.

Resolution

It was reported as a BUG and resolved in Kubernetes V1.24 and above, available with the PMK 5.9 release.
