Does Qbert API follow Cluster API based extensions defined by the Cluster Lifecycle SIG?

Answer

Platform9's Qbert API uses a control loop internally to converge the actual state to the desired state. It does not use Cluster API today but we plan to do so in the near future given that the architectures are fairly similar.
