etcd-backup job and etcd-backup-with-interval cronjob is not recreated after the cluster is upgraded to v1.22.9 if etcd encryption is enabled

Problem

• When the cluster is upgraded to k8s 1.22.9 the values of the certificate in Environment: section were not added automatically to the etcd-backup for some time (few days).
• But, somehow etcd-backup is recreated with the latest updated object definition file after some time.

Environment

• Platform9 Managed Kubernetes - v5.6.4 and Higher

Cause

• An internal JIRA PMK-5959 is created to track this issue.

Resolution

• As a workaround manually recreate the etcd-backup cronjob.
