Problem

After upgrade to management plane upgrade to v5.9.2 all users other than the admin users are not able to download the Kubeconfig file from the UI.

Environment

Platform9 Managed Kubernetes - v5.9.2

Resolution

This was a known bug(UX-2885) with PMK 5.9.2 which caused due to a bug as the non-admin users has no access to list the users and now it's fixed by applying a hotfix for all the existing 5.9.2 versions.
