pf9-muster Service is in Dead State

Problem

pf9-muster service is seen to be in a dead state.

pf9-muster is NOT a systemctl service as it runs as a init.d process.

$ systemctl status pf9-muster

Loaded: loaded (/etc/rc.d/init.d/pf9-muster; bad; vendor preset: disabled)

Active: inactive (dead)

$ /etc/init.d/pf9-muster status
